The sixteenth pink ticket goes to our eastern neighbor. Massimo Hoist will be visiting Sweden and Solvalla on the last Sunday in May.
- Finland's best horse comes to Elitloppet! He showed last time, as a strong second behind Borups Victory, that he is to be reckoned with in all contexts. It's been many years since Finland had a horse as good as Massimo Hoist, says Anders Malmrot.

The six-year-old stallion has won 16 of his 36 career starts and comes to Solvalla in top form. In his last six starts he has won five times and in the Seinäjoki Race he finished second after a sharp finish behind the already Elitlopp invited Borups Victory.

Massimo Hoist was third in the Finnish Derby as a four-year-old and his biggest win to date came in St. Leger 2024. Now the toughest task of his career awaits as he makes his Elitloppet debut and defends Finland's colors.
- "I am so incredibly happy about our invitation. It feels great to go to Sweden with our horse and that we will represent Finland in Elitloppet, says trainer Jukka Hakkarainen.

This year's starting field for Elitloppet is now complete and next awaits the track draw of the two Elitloppet trials, which takes place on TV12 at 17:30 on Sunday.
