The popular Solvalla restaurant Bistro has changed shape - and name.
Bistro Stig H will have a more modern touch, but with a historical touch as it pays tribute to the track's greatest athletes of all time.
At Bistro Stig H, the menus are of the highest quality, while at the same time you can take a nostalgic walk and remember horses, victories and much more associated with champion Stig H Johansson.
- It is of course with excitement and pride that we will visit Bistro Stig H and it feels great to be able to contribute in this way, says Stig H Johansson's wife Karin Johansson.
The colors of the logo are easily recognizable. It is the same as Stig H Johansson's suit, in which he finished his career with 6,224 driving victories and over 8,000 triumphs as a trainer. Stig H Johansson has won the Elitloppet on six occasions.
- There is an opportunity for a sentimental nostalgia trip between the races that I think many of our visitors will appreciate. Stig H Johansson's role for Swedish trotting and Solvalla cannot be overestimated," says Solvalla's sports director Ola Lernå.
Bistro Stig H opens its doors on March 29.
- The premises have received a much-needed boost, you will recognize yourself in the menu and environment, but the whole experience for our guests will be a little more lively and fresh, says Solvalla's Restaurant and Event Manager Malin Karlsson.
