The Elitlopp weekend is fast approaching. On Saturday, the first horse will be invited and on Monday at 09.00, the coveted restaurant tickets for the biggest trotting party in the Nordic region will be released! Do you want to experience Elitloppet from the best possible place, with delicious food and fantastic atmosphere? Then you'd better be quick - some restaurants will be fully booked immediately!
Over 10,000 guests are served in Solvalla restaurants during the Elitlopp weekend. The atmosphere is electric, the competitions pulse-raising and the food an experience in itself.
- "It's always a flying start when the restaurant tickets are released, and several of our restaurants sell out immediately. My tip is to be ready to book just when the tickets are released at 09.00, says Malin Karlsson, Restaurant & Event Manager at Solvalla.
Whether you prefer a luxurious three-course dinner, a delicious buffet or a more casual dining experience, there is something for you.
- Our goal is for all guests to find a dining experience that suits them during the Elitlopp weekend. And remember that even if the restaurant you first planned to book is fully booked, there are many other options to choose from," says Malin Karlsson.
In addition to the restaurant tickets, grandstand tickets, package deals and racing experiences will be released at the same time.

KONGRESSEN
Restaurant Kongressen features raked seating and is located along the home stretch with a view of the entire racetrack. During the Elitloppet weekend, Kongressen serves a three-course meal on Saturday and Sunday. There is also an exclusive tasting menu with accompanying drinks package.
VALLA KROG
Restaurant Valla Krog is located above Solvalla’s most legendary stands along the stretch of the racetrack. The restaurant has a fantastic view of the track, we serve a two-course meal and a welcome drink.
BISTRON
The Bistro offers a magnificent view of the racecourse. The restaurant is built on two levels and is located on the second floor of the Kongresshaus at the end of the racecourse. It serves lunch on Fridays and a buffet on Saturdays and Sundays.
THE HORSY DREAM MARQUEE
Covered outdoor seating near the finish line. Here, you’re seated by the last stretch of the action. You can feel the horses thundering past, accompanied by the roar of a thousand spectators. Here we serve a BBQ-buffet incl. coffee.
MÅLLÄKTAREN
Here you have a fantastic view of the finish line and the entire racecourse. The restaurant Målläktaren is built in floors and located in the A-house, at the height of the finish line. A two-course menu and welcome drink are served here.
FÖRSTA PARKETT
Restaurant with uncovered outdoor seating by the racetrack. You can't get much closer than this! Hear the pounding of hoofs and feel the flutter of the manes as the horses thunder past. Here we serve a grill plate with sides. Entrance and race program are included.
FÖRSTA PARKETT FINNISH LINE
Uncovered outdoor seating at the end of the run-up just before the finish line. Here you will be seated next to the fence at the race site and served a barbecue platter with accompaniments.
BANQUET HALL AND SUITES
The Banquet Hall is located at the top of the Kongresshuset with a fantastic panoramic view of the arena and a separate entrance. The Banquet Hall serves a three-course menu and welcome bubbles on arrival, as well as luxurious canapés and selected beverage packages for those who book their own box.
