21 victories in 23 career starts and over 18 million SEK have been earned so far for Francesco Zet, who has a track record that few horses can match. As a three-year-old he won the Criterium and Breeders' Crown and through the four-year-old season he ran undefeated when he won Prix Readly Express, Konung Gustaf V's Pokal, Sprintermästaren, Breeders' Crown and Svenskt Travderby, which was the biggest triumph of his career with four million in first prize.
He was also undefeated during last year, where he won the million-dollar races Norrbottens Stora Pris and Margareta Wallenius-Klebergs Pokal, and after being the king of the litter in recent years, the top elite and Elitloppet 2024 now await Francesco Zet.
Sports Manager Anders Malmrot told the big news on Saturday at Solvalla's Champion Gala, which was also broadcast live on TV4. Francesco Zet's handler Carolina Persson was present and received the pink ticket - something that was a big surprise for her since the trainer Daniel Redén had kept the news about Elitloppet secret. It was a proud and very surprised attendant who got to go up on stage.

Elitloppet is the main attraction during the Elitlopp weekend, which will be held at Solvalla in Stockholm on May 24-26, 2024.
