He comes to Elitloppet with nine consecutive wins. As Horse of the Year 2025 and with an impeccable CV.
Can Dream Mine do what Victory Tilly, Don Fanucci Zet, Conny Nobell and From Above did?
Winning Elitloppet as a Swedish-born five-year-old?

- Dream Mine's debut of the year was impressive, but he needs to step up his game and his coach Jörgen Westholm knows that. But his first meeting with the world's elite certainly tickles. "It's a bit like not knowing where Dream Mine's limits are, but we'll find out the last weekend in May," says Solvalla's sports director Ola Lernå.

Dream Mine became the most profitable Swedish-bred four-year-old of all time last year when he took two Derby victories, won the Breeders’ Crown and just over nine million kronor. In his debut last week, he finished brilliantly to win a new track record in Umeå.
- He was really hard-working, but he hadn't done any tougher times. I was very impressed with his performance," says Jörgen Westholm.

Who will choose a slightly different approach for Elitloppet.
- He will not start before the trials. Instead, I will do a really tough job with him. I've been around since the day this horse was born and I think I know how to put him in absolute top condition for Elitloppet," says Westholm, who is also the breeder of Dream Mine.

The Solvalla trainer thus has two horses in the Elitloppet, since earlier Jobspost is also invited.
- It feels absolutely fantastic! I am proud of my horses and my whole team. I, if anyone, know how difficult this is. It's been 19 years since I last had a horse in Elitloppet," says Jörgen Westholm.
