A plane arrives loaded.
With world stars.
On Friday at 13.40, a chartered plane will take off from Deauville, France, bound for Arlanda, filled with four-legged world artists ready for the Elitlopp weekend.

13 horses and their handlers are on the somewhat unusual flight, where the four-legged creatures together have earned a little over 138 million dollars! The aircraft is a Boeing 737-400 with a cruising speed of 870 kilometers per hour and a cruising altitude of 3000 feet.

The Elitlopp horses have of course had priority and Idao de Tillard, Inexess Bleu, Go On Boy, Jabalpur and Keep Going are the quintet defending the French colors in the most important race of the weekend.

The trainers of the Elitlopp horses have also picked Ideal du Rocher (Thierry Duvaldestin) and Elegance Kronos (Laurent Claude Abrivard) in the Sweden Cup, which also includes Krack Time Atout, which will be decided on Saturday.

On the same day, Harper Hanover's Race is run where last year's winner Inmarosa is complemented by Igrec de Celland and Imperator d'Ela. Manhattan Rain is trained by last year's Elitlopp winner Romain Derieux and goes out in the Four-year-old elite for mares.

Last horse to report on the plane is exotic Hannah. Born and owned in the Czech Republic, but trained by Julien Raffestin in France. Hannah is aiming for the monté elite where the nine-year-old chestnut is chasing the first prize of SEK 300,000.
