After the end of the competitions, it is Elitauktion in Restaurant Kongressen.
The congress opens at 17.00 and the first call-out is at 18.15.
Bid on the horses live on the premises while enjoying a fantastic dinner!
The Congress serves a two-course menu with an optional dessert.
Appetizer: Hot smoked salmon rillette - rye bread - capers - lemon - red onion - chives - dill
Hot dish: Chicken ballotine-Salsicca-Cauliflower cream-Sage butter sauce-Roasted potatoes
Dessert (optional): Panncacotta-Leather-Raspberry-White Chocolate
Bistro Stig H will serve the evening's bistro dish during auctions and you can follow auctions via the screens.
