Italian victory in the Sweden Cup

Trial winner Arazi Boko was in a class of his own in the final of this year's Sweden Cup.

Driving Alessandro Gocciadoro could easily hold up the lead from the start, and although there was good pace on the road, it was a very comfortable victory for 11-year-old (!) Arazi Boko.
The horse was bred by Annemanna on Ekerö, competed for Henrik Södervall and left Sweden for his new home country Italy in 2017. Arazi came to Solvalla after winning the trial and the bronze medal in the Lottery race in Naples, and after today's competitions he could add another 700 000 SEK to his back account. The winning time was 1.10,2 with the runner-up a couple of tenths behind.
Daniel Redén's Sorbet was a good second and third was Nappa Scar for Per Lennartsson as the big positive surprise of the race.
