Unfortunately, his exit came a little earlier, as he was eliminated from the race after the defilade.
However, Solvalla's visitors got the chance to say goodbye to their idol, when driver Björn Goop let the Readly Express pass the audience one last time before his farewell to the race track. And how they did it! The ovations and the outpouring of emotion literally poured over the horse, and for a few minutes the large audience was in total unison - Thank you Readly Express for all the wonderful moments on the track and good luck in your breeding career.
Readly Express retires from racing after 27 wins in 37 starts and a total prize money of 23 211 565 SEK.
