Solvalla is planning to open up parts of the restaurant business during this year's Elitlopps weekend May 29-30.
A limited number of table places will be offered to horse owners with starting horses and guests who chose to rebook the restaurant visit during Elitloppet 2020 to 2021.
- Of course, we carefully follow all the rules and guidelines that exist, which means a lot of planning work and changed conditions for our guests. We plan to open only parts of Solvalla's restaurants, all to make the visit as safe and secure as possible, says Solvalla's CEO, Jörgen Forsberg.
According to restrictions from the Public Health Agency of Sweden, restaurants may stay open until 20.30 with a maximum of four people in each party.
- "We will take this a step further and introduce 'slot times' for those who have a table at our restaurants. They will be given a time when they should pass the entrance at Solvalla, all so that we do not risk congestion, says Jörgen Forsberg.
Solvalla's wide range of restaurants offers the possibility to spread the guests for safe distance. Kongressen, Valla Krog, Festvåningen and Bistron are planned to be open during the Elitlopp weekend.

- We follow daily information about the local spread of infection in Stockholm and the regulations that apply. The government has promised new information on May 17, when most people hope for relief also regarding audiences in arenas. Until then, we are working with full focus on opening parts of the restaurant business during this year's Elitlopps weekend, says Jörgen Forsberg.
