B.W.Rune, Grisle Odin G.L. and Parvelan Retu will join Elitkampen in 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sports Director Anders Malmrot has finalized the six horses invited to this year's edition of Elitkampen at Solvalla. The last four cold-blooded horses will be entered in the race via starting points and Evartti, Stj\u00e4rnblomster and Tangen Bork have already been invited to the last Sunday in May.<\/p>\n

B.W.Rune<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

B.W.Rune will be horse number two from the Jan-Olov Persson stable where he showed top form in the last start in Finland. B.W.Rune finished fourth despite a big gallop behind the invited Finnish duo Evartti and Parvelan Retu and this will be the second time he will participate in Elitkampen (sixth in 2021). B.W.Rune was second in the Norwegian Trotting Derby in 2019 and the biggest win of his career is from Brimsguttens Minne - DubbelCupen, Final 2020.<\/p>\n

He won both the Norwegian Trotting Criterium and Biri Oppdretningsl\u00f6p as a three-year-old and the biggest win of his career is from the four-year-old season when he won the Norwegian Trotting Derby 2020. Last year he won J\u00e4ntungen's race at Solvalla and now we get to see Grisle Odin G.L. in the Elitkampen for the very first time.<\/p>\n

He comes from victory in Finnish Kuopio where he held off in the sprint for already invited Evartti and this will be the first time Parvelan Retu appears in Sweden.<\/p>\n
