This Sunday it is time for Elitloppet 2019 at Solvalla. According to a survey conducted by Solvalla among celebrities interested in trotting, Daniel Red\u00e9n will win. The only question is with which horse.
<\/strong><\/p>\n

16 teams have been invited or qualified for the Elitloppet 2019, Sunday May 26th. After two trials, the top eight will advance to the final. Timo Nurmos-trained Readly Express is the narrow favorite in the race and will make the last start of his career in Elitloppet. But according to Solvalla's survey of celebrities interested in trotting, one of Daniel Red\u00e9n's horses will win.<\/p>\n

- The speculations before Elitloppet are always fun to follow and it was interesting to read the celebrity panel's answers, says Anders Malmrot, sports manager at Solvalla and the one who selected the horses for Elitloppet.<\/p>\n

The Elitloppet is one of the three biggest trotting races in the world and has been held since 1952. Always held on the last Sunday in May at Solvalla, it attracts some of the world's best horses and drivers, who compete over a sprint distance of 1,609 meters. The prize money for the winner of the final is SEK 3 million. During the Elitlopp weekend on May 24-26, the World Driving Championships will also be held, as well as the big race Sweden Cup and Harper Hanover's race.<\/p>\n

Eight celebrities with an interest in racing were asked to guess Elitloppet. The question asked was: Which horse do you think will win Elitloppet?<\/p>\n

Jessica Almen\u00e4s, 43, program host<\/strong>
Double Exposure, a fantastic mare with a lovely charisma. Girl power! It is well done by Red\u00e9n to have four horses in Elitloppet.<\/p>\n

Hasse Backe, 67, expert commentator in football<\/strong>
Aubrion Du Gers. 15 straight wins impresses. He is very strong and can therefore handle 2 heats, there are no problems with the distance and the driver is creative.<\/p>\n

Kennedy Bakircioglu, 38, footballer<\/strong>
I believe in Propulsion. He's been really good and I think Daniel has sharpened him up a lot. He is my winner.<\/p>\n

Alexander Bard, 58, racehorse breeder<\/strong>
Readly Express. He wins because he has everything and is independent of race progress. On Sunday, it's off to the races.<\/p>\n

Anna Brolin, 39, sports journalist<\/strong>
Propulsion. He deserves to win after being runner-up the last two years.<\/p>\n

I had a dream about Double Exposure last night so I'm tipping her. She is simply tougher than some people think. When I dreamt about Magic Tonight in 2015, he won.<\/p>\n

Propulsion. But it would be a fairytale ending for Readly Express to win in the last race of its life, so I'll say Readly Express instead.<\/p>\n
