Elitloppet '10 28th-30th of May

Elitloppet® is one of the world's largest trotting races and one of Sweden's most popular sporting events. More than 60 000 visitors from around the world visit Elitloppet® over the weekend and will get world class trotting races as well as a party and event atmosphere that are somewhat unique.

The only way to experience the atmosphere is obviously to be at Solvalla for the Elitloppet® weekend 2010.

Admission and starting hours Elitloppet® 28th-30th of May
Friday May 28 –entrance fee 50 SEK.
Lunch races. Gates will open at 11.00am. First race at 12.20pm

Saturday May 29 – entrance fee 150 SEK
Sweden Cup and V75-finals
Entrance gates open at 08.30am. First race at 10.20am, race 2 at 1.05pm

Sunday May 30 – entrance fee 200 SEK
Elitloppet, V75
Entrance gates open at 08.00am
First race at 10.30am, race 2 at 1.05pm

Direct buses from CityTerminal and Sundbyberg
During the entire Elitloppet weekend you can reach Solvalla by direct buses.

Friday May 28th
From Sundbyberg station.
Leaves at 11.15am, 11.30am och 12.00pm
Returns after the last race.

From Cityterminalen
Leaves at 11am
Returns after the last race.

The buses are free during Friday.

Saturday May 29th
From Sundbybergs station. 20 SEK roundtrip
Leaves continously between 9am -12.30pm.
Returns after the last V75 race and after every race onwards.

From Cityterminalen. 40 SEK roundtrip
Leaves continously between 7.30am -12.30pm.
Returns after the last V75 race and after every race onwards.

Sunday May 30th
From Sundbybergs station. 20 SEK roundtrip
Leaves continously between 9am -12.30pm.
Returns after the last V75 race and after every race onwards.

From Cityterminalen. 40 SEK roundtrip
Leaves continously between 7.30am -12.30pm.
Returns after the last V75 race and after every race onwards.

How to get to Solvalla by car
If you enter Stockholm through road E4 South - turn off at the sign displaying Bromma/Vällingby. Thereafter you follow the sign display towards Bromma Airport and then Solvalla.

If you enter Stockholm through road E4 North - turn off at the sign displaying Bromma/Vällingby through Kista road E18. At the Rissne junction – turn off at the sign display Bromma Airport and thereafter you will reach Solvalla.

Stockholm Local traffic/suburban services Bus number 113
If you would like to go by Stockholm Local traffic/suburban services and bus; you go by bus number 113. This will start at Blackeberg Hospital via Islandstorget (subway) and pass by Solvalla.

By commuter train or subway from City of Stockholm
Take the commuter train och subway destined/bound for Sundbyberg. From there you catch the buses to Solvalla at meetingplace Landsvägen 37.

You can also take the subway destined/bound for Rissne. From there you will have a 10 minutes walk to Solvalla.

Arriving by airplane/aviation

Accomodations/Hotels
Courtyard by Marriott is the official hotel for Elitloppet. The hotel is brand new and opened in february 2010. The hotel is situated in Kungsholmen in Stockholm, about 8km from Solvalla.
